The Biz Bestie Club

The Biz Bestie Flow

Your map from a head full of ideas to a business that holds its own weight.

You were never missing motivation. You were missing the map.

Five phases, in order, each one making the next one possible. You don't start at the bottom unless the bottom is genuinely where you are. On your onboarding call, we find your starting point on it together, based on where your business actually is.

The whole map

  1. 1Get ClearYour why, your idea, your rules
  2. 2Get ConfidentProof of your own capability, in writing
  3. 3Get StrategicOne engine, not four moving parts
  4. 4Get ConsistentShowing up through a bad week
  5. 5Get SustainableIt runs on what you built, not on you

On your onboarding call I show you where I would start you and why, and we set your starting point together. Tap any phase to see what is inside it.

1

Phase 1

Get Clear

The part everyone wants to skip. It's the part that holds everything else up.

This is where you find the why that actually holds. Not the tidy one you hand over at a dinner party. The one that lives in your chest and gets you back on your feet on the days you want to quit.

You choose your idea with real research under it, instead of a hope and a good feeling. And you take an honest inventory of everything you already carry into this that you keep forgetting to count.

You walk out with

A why you can stand on, an idea you have actually pressure-tested, and your own set of rules for how this business runs.

You're likely starting here if

You're brand new, you're starting over from scratch, or you have half an idea and nothing solid under it yet.

Lessons includeFall In Love With Your Why · How to Find and Choose Your Business Idea · Your Business. Your Rules. Your Identity.

2

Phase 2

Get Confident

The “who am I to do this” voice turns up right on cue. This phase stops it running the show.

That voice is not going anywhere. Every woman you look up to still hears it. She just stopped letting it make her decisions.

You build your evidence file: the hard things you have already come through, the skills people thank you for without thinking. You name the advantage that is yours and nobody else's. And you learn to read a mistake as information, instead of letting it read you.

When I wanted to start charging for what I know, a voice told me my life was too messy behind the scenes for anyone to take me seriously. Homeschooling, a renovation we were living in the middle of, everything going at once. I don't have a polished life offline, and I stopped waiting for one before I let myself begin.Anita
You walk out with

Proof of your own capability you can actually see, and a story you stop apologising for and start leading with.

You're likely starting here if

You know what you're building, but the self-doubt is louder than the plan and it's keeping you small.

Lessons includeYou Are a Bloody Powerhouse · Your Life Until Now Is Your Unfair Advantage · Every Mistake Is an Invitation

Phase 3

Get Strategic

Forget the avatar worksheet. Your client, your offers, your voice and your plan become one thing that works, not four things you juggle.

You get specific about the woman you are actually for, the real one, not Karen 40 to 45 who shops at Countdown. You put your offers through an audit so they carry their weight. You find the voice in your marketing that sounds like you talking, not you performing. And you map how a stranger becomes a buyer, then build that path so it is not left to chance.

You walk out with

A strategy you understand because you are the one who built it, and marketing that talks to a real person instead of guessing what she wants to hear.

You're likely starting here if

You're already trading, already showing up, but it feels like effort with no engine under it. This is where most women already in motion get placed.

Lessons includeLet's Talk About Her (Without the Stalker Vibes) · Your Voice in Marketing · Making the Ask: How to Sell Without Feeling Like You Are Selling

4

Phase 4

Get Consistent

Not more hustle. A way of showing up that survives a bad week.

Consistency is where most good strategies quietly fall apart, and it is almost never a discipline problem. It is a plan built for a life you don't have.

So you plan for the one you do have. The actual hours, not the fantasy version with a free weekend in it. You find your creation rhythm. You set up the automation that holds the pieces together so you are not carrying every one of them by hand. And you decide now what you do when you fall off, because you will, and that part is fine.

A year of injury, then the surgery, then a recovery that came with its own complications. I went quiet because I did not know when I would be back to myself, and I could not work out how to show up for the business when I was barely showing up for me. What brought me back was that people still wanted what I knew. So I started again small: one thing, one offer, one deliverable.Anita
You walk out with

A way of showing up that doesn't collapse the first hard week, and systems doing the jobs that used to live in your head.

You're likely starting here if

Your strategy is sound, but consistency is the thing that keeps breaking.

Lessons includePlan for the Life You Actually Have · Your Creation Flow · Automation · Your Numbers

5

Phase 5

Get Sustainable

The business stops running on you and starts running on what you built.

You put real systems underneath it. You protect what you have made: the legal side, the boundaries, the energy. You learn to make the big calls with your gut and your numbers in the same room, instead of picking one. And you start guarding your capacity like the business asset it is, because it is one.

You walk out with

A business that works because of what you built, not only because you keep pushing it up the hill.

You're likely starting here if

The business runs, but it runs on you, and you can already feel that isn't going to hold.

Where do you start?

Two ways women arrive here, and both come through the same door.

Arriving early

Brand new, or starting over. You begin at Phase 1 and move through the sequence in order. Nothing gets rushed, because the foundation is the whole point.

Arriving in motion

You have been at this a while. Something is working, something is stuck. You get placed at your real starting phase, with everything before it yours to skim and everything after it waiting for you. Most women in motion land in Phase 3.

Either way, every phase and every lesson is open to you from day one. The placement is where I would start you, not a gate you have to earn past. On your onboarding call, we make that call together.

What sits around the map

The Flow teaches the thinking. Two things sit around it and make it work.

The Gold

Me, screen-sharing inside my real business. The actual doing: setting up a domain, building your email, a full Canva walkthrough, real looks inside the platforms other members use.

{ Nothing gatekept. It grows every month. }

The community

A private group of women building alongside you, so the after-bedtime laptop hour stops being a solo sport.

This is the whole map. Not a taster. The real thing, so you can see exactly what you would be walking into before you decide.

When the doors open, your first step is one call with me, where I place you on this map by name. Then you build, in order, at your own pace, with the room right there beside you.

You were never behind. You were just working without the map. Here it is.

You're on the list.

I'll email you the moment the doors open, with the link and everything you need before then.
